About the job

Under the supervision of the technology director, you will have as a mandate to take part in the programming activities in various projects related to the development of web applications and the management of data.

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years PHP development
• Version control – mainly SVN – but also Git or equivalent
• Good writing and communication skills
• Ability to work with a team in high pace rolling release cycles
• Linux administration – mainly Ubuntu 12.04 upwards
• MySQL – usage and query optimization
• Secure code design to avoid common security issues (i.e. XSS, SQL injection)

Highly Desired

• CakePHP framework – which is used extensively or equivalent (i.e. Zend, CodeIgniter, Laravel)
• Experience with clustered servers and high traffic applications
• Understanding of message queue usage and routing topology
• Experience with test driven development
